Anthony is an Undergraduate Student in the Department of Physics at the University of Toronto. His current research focuses on expanding and improving computational techniques to predict thermal properties of 2D materials using four phonon interactions and the machine-learning based Moment Tensor Potentials (MTP). These techniques can be used to find materials with properties suitable for batteries, such as high thermal conductivity. His broader interests include the quantum mechanical physics used in computer simulations of atoms and materials as well as the methods used to efficiently implement these fundamental considerations.
