Yongyi is a master of engineering student in the department of Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry. As part of the master’s program, he is pursuing an emphasis and research project on data analytics. Currently visualizing high dimensional, time-series, soil and groundwater contamination data in lower dimensions. These results will be used to help explain cancer clusters impacting a First Nations Community in Thunder Bay.

He earned my undergraduate chemical engineering degree at Toronto Metropolitan University, where he completed one year of coop work experience in the pharmaceutical and water treatment field.
