Annalisa is currently a PhD student in the ATOMS laboratory working on wind farm optimization. Her research focuses on applying the adjoint method to wind farm optimization problems, such as maximizing power generation across the farm using wake redirection. She earned her BASc in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto in 2022 and her MEng in Aerospace Science and Engineering (Robotics Emphasis) from the University of Toronto Institute for Aerospace Studies in 2024. Her previous research projects have focused on control systems for robotics and finite-element modelling.
