Mesha Ajaz is a fourth-year undergraduate student in the Life Science program at the University of Toronto. She is involved with the Work Study programs where she conducts qualitative data analysis using Nvivo and Excel on Navigating Boundary Crossing in a Global Engineering Course taught at UTSG. In ATOMS lab, Mesha will focus on Caring for the Thunderbird Nest: Syncretizing Engineering and Indigenous approaches using machine learning tools to unravel effects of environmental contaminants of concern on a cancer cluster centred in Fort William First Nation with the help of statistical programming languages such as MATLAB and R.
