Mirna Al Dakka is an undergraduate student in Engineering Science (EngSci) at the University of Toronto, currently completing her thesis with the ATOMS team. Her research focuses on investigating fluid-structure interactions between blood flow and the aortic wall, with a particular interest in conditions like Marfan Syndrome. Mirna combines computational modeling and patient-specific data analysis to advance understanding of cardiovascular dynamics.
