PhD Student
Leslie is a PhD student in the Institute of Biomaterials and Biomedical Engineering (IBBME), University of Toronto. Leslie’s project involves the use of computational fluid dynamics to model Tetralogy of Fallot, a congenital heart defect. Prior to joining the ATOMS lab as a graduate student, Leslie interned at an academic research organization reviewing clinical research data and developing trial databases. Her previous design work includes creating a laser plume collection device for surgical applications and improving tools used in endoscopic ear surgery.
