Ramin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2014. His undergraduate research focused on fluid mechanics and turbomachinery. In 2015 he started his MASc in Aerospace Engineering at the Sharif University of Technology. His thesis focused on the Lattice Boltzmann Method computational simulation of oscillations caused by formation and detachment of drops. He joined the ATOMS Lab in 2018 as a MASc student. His current research is focused on the fluid flow modeling in bioreactors. He is part of the team working on a second-generation double chamber bioreactor system for tissue-engineered tracheas.
